If you request overnight express, etc. you will billed an additional $35 shipping cost. An item will not be shipped until you pay the additional S&H charge. You can use the Non US Residents S&H button to do this. Under no circumstance is shipping refunded.

All CDs are unused (new and wrapped). Packaging may vary contents remain the same. All CDs are guaranteed to be authentic Hemi Sync products developed by the Monroe Institute.

Single title CDs are $19.95. Price of series varies. Occasionally I run special sales. The price or shipping offered during that time is applicable only to the stated time frame.

Payment Methods:

US Residents: PayPal or check, money order , Western Union payable to Maryann Kaczmarek. Orders are held until personal checks clear the bank. Please let me know if you are paying through Western Union.
Checks and Money Orders: CLEARLY print your order and mail it with your payment. Send me an email with the info, I will put the CDs aside for you until I receive your payment or for seven days which ever happens sooner. (use this form)

Shipping: All orders are shipped via US Priority Mail with insurance. If you order and will be away during the delivery time please make arrangements with a friend or neighbor to retrieve your mail or have the post office hold it. If an item is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Please include your complete address, for example, 100 Second Avenue/Street/Road/Drive/Way, 100 Second is not a complete address.

Credit cards and electronic transfers are processed using PayPal.

Return Policy: You will be refunded only the price of the item. The product must be returned in original wrapping, unopened and in saleable condition. If it is damaged a refund will not be issued. S&H is NOT refundable.

I DO NOT ACCEPT returns once a product is open.

Contact me via email and state who you are and what you are returning. The product needs to be sent with insurance. Buyer pays return shipping fees. Returns MUST be received within 25 days of original purchase.

Refunds: Payments made through PayPal will be refunded through PayPal. If you order more than you really wanted ONLY the price of the returned item will be refunded. Shipping is not refundable. If you pay by check or money order, your refund will be via money order. This applied to US residents ONLY.

Gateway Experience - Each CD set is $99. The entire set - six Waves containing 3 CDs each total 18 CDs is $425 - regular price $499. If you purchase the entire series one at a time within a one year period from this web site you will get the 6th CD FREE. Purchased individually the cost is $99 per CD set.

Non US Residents S&H INFORMATION - I only ship Hemi-Sync.

I do NOT ship machines outside the US.

There is an additional S&H fee for non US residents.

If it is not included at the time you order I'll send you an email reminding you to pay the fee.

If you do not pay the shipping cost within 5 days I will cancel your order and refund your purchase price minus $35 processing fee.

If you order only one CD no refund will be issued.

I will usually ship your order Global Express Mail/Priority Mail with insurance.

I will NOT lie on a customs form. I declare what is in the package and the actual amount.

Refunds to Non US Residents: Only the price of the item will be refunded. S&H charges are NON refundable. Item must be returned to me insured. Item must be unopened. If the item is opened there is no refund.

You have 30 days from the time an item enters your country to return it. I will not accept returns after 30 days from the date on the customs form.

Shipping and Handling is NOT refundable.

Orders to countries other than USA - click on the Non US Residents button for additional S&H charges. Once an item leaves the US it will get to you when it gets to you. It can sit in customs a day or a few weeks. I have no control over that. Please be sure to include your exact address including postal code and you phone number. The post office likes that information. All Hemi-Sync products are in US English. If you live in the US and are sending an order outside the US this fee still applies. Order are shipped Express Mail/Priority Mail with insurance.
