Shipping US residents ONLY:  All orders are shipped Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation and insured for full value of order.  Most orders ship within 24 hours, excluding holidays & Sundays. 

If you request overnight express, etc. you will billed an additional $35 shipping cost.  An item will not be shipped until you pay the additional S&H charge. 

Under no circumstance is shipping refunded.

All CDs are guaranteed to be authentic Monroe Institute products produced as Hemi Sync. 

Price is as stated after each item. 

Payment Methods:

• US Residents:  PayPal or check, money order payable to Maryann Kaczmarek.  Orders are held until personal checks clear the bank. 
• Checks and Money Orders:  CLEARLY print your order and mail it with your payment.  Send an email with the info, the CDs will put aside for you until payment is received or for seven days which ever happens sooner.   (use this form)

Shipping: If an item is returned to because of an incorrect or incomplete address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.  Please include your complete address, for example, 100 Second Avenue/Street/Road/Drive/Way, 100 Second is not a complete address. 

Credit cards and electronic transfers are processed using PayPal. Your credit card statement will show Ctr4Relax   

Return Policy:  You will be refunded only the price of the item.   The product must be returned in original wrapping, unopened and in saleable condition.  If it is damaged a refund will not be issued.  S&H is NOT refundable.

Returns:  Hemi-Sync CDs are not accepted for return if a product is opened.  Mindmachines, biofeedback devices, and Acu Massager have a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee.  There is a $14 restocking fee for the Acu Massager due to the use of the tourmaline pad.

Before returning an item send an email to maryann@new-mind.com and state who you are and what you are returning.  The product needs to be sent with insurance.  Buyer pays return shipping fees.  All returns must be received within 25 days of purchase.

Refunds:  Payments made through PayPal will be refunded through PayPal.   If you order more than you really wanted ONLY the price of the returned item will be refunded.  Shipping is not refundable.  If you pay by check or money order, your refund will be via money order.  This applied to US residents ONLY. 

Machines:  If you return in a machine it must be in saleable condition.  If a part is missing or damaged, the cost of the part will be deducted from the refund. 

Shipping to non US addresses: 

S&H is $45. Orders are shipped Global Express Mail with insurance.  Insurance only covers items before they leave the United States.  Once an item leaves the US insurance does not apply.  If an item is lost after it leaves the US no refund will be issued.

The US post office demands that items being shipped be declared in full description and at full value.

Refunds to Non US Residents:  Only the price of the item will be refunded.  S&H charges are NON refundable.  Item must be returned insured.  Item must be unopened. If the item is opened there is no refund.

You have 30 days from the time an item enters your country to return it. 

• Orders to countries other than USA - Once an item leaves the US delivery time is determined by the receiving country. Please be sure to include your exact address including postal code and you phone number.  All Hemi-Sync products are in US English. All instructions for mind machines, biofeedback, CES and Echofone are in US English.        If you live in the US and are sending an order outside the US this fee still applies.
